Valley City has the staff and equipment needed to efficiently move your electronic waste. We can effectively manage small volumes or truckloads, can include de-installation of equipment or special packaging, and can customize a special plan for collection and short-term storage if needed.

RESALE:
Some computer equipment which no longer meets your company’s requirements may be resalable to others with less demanding applications. Our technicians will evaluate the specifications and condition of the equipment we receive. If acceptable, the units will be reconditioned and resold. We maintain an extensive inventory of used equipment and sell that equipment through our website and other sources.

DATA SECURITY:
We maintain strict security over all equipment and components to insure confidentiality of data that potentially resides on the equipment. All hard drives on computers being resold are routinely repartitioned and reformatted. If required for customer security, Valley City can perform a “DOD wipe” or will document physical destruction of the hard drive.

RECYCLING:
- Valley City provides a secure recycling alternative for electronic waste.
- Physical disassembly rather than indiscriminate shredding provides maximum opportunity for recycling of individual components.
- We are committed to disassembly in the United States where appropriate environmental controls are maintained and where domestic jobs can be created.
- All disassembly takes place in our facility under strict compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
